THE SIMPLE VERSION
QuickQ user guide
Legal documents are hard enough to read — so here are the rules in plain English: what's fine, what's not, and who answers for what.
Quick answer: Using QuickQ means agreeing to a few things: don't use it for anything illegal or harmful; normal use has no bandwidth or traffic caps; unless the law or the checkout page says otherwise, purchases are non-refundable; and if you keep using it after we update these terms, that counts as accepting them.
These terms of service apply to all services we provide and operate.
Opening the QuickQ website, installing the software or using the service means you're okay with the rules below.
Don't do bad things with it
Crime, spam, port scanning, attacking people, spreading malware, fraud, phishing, sabotage — none of it. Keep your account credentials to yourself; what happens through your account is on you.
Networks can't promise the moon
Which lines work, how fast, where they land and how well — it all fluctuates. Maintenance, third-party failures, device state, network limits and congestion all affect the experience. The speeds we show are estimates, not promises in stone.
Privacy, as promised
Browsing activity, visited sites, DNS queries, message content — none of it is recorded. For security and troubleshooting we may keep a small amount of server-access-attempt information. Personal information is never sold. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Use it normally and nobody bothers you
No general bandwidth or traffic caps for everyday use. But automated scripts, excessive load on the network or behavior that affects other users may be limited, suspended or terminated.
Updates happen
To keep the service safe and stable, we push certificates, security fixes and software updates when needed. That right is reserved.
Third-party content inside the app
Third-party content or entry points may appear within the service. Use them and you follow their rules — QuickQ doesn't answer for their content or how they run.
Money matters — read before buying
QuickQ has paid memberships. Features, node locations, device counts, prices and promotions are all spelled out before purchase and may change over time. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Refunds, plainly
Unless the law or the checkout page requires otherwise, purchases aren't refunded. Service performance is affected by carriers, location, network restrictions and device settings — factors nobody fully controls. Better said upfront than argued later.
Who owns what
QuickQ's services, interfaces, software, graphics, text and related materials belong to Airui Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
Terms change — check back
These terms may be updated. If you keep using the service afterward, that counts as accepting them, so drop by this page now and then. You can use QuickQ as long as you follow the law and these terms.
